David Boston is a Colorful Coastal Landscapes & People Photographer based in Eureka California. "I photograph with an eye toward a documentary style. The Subject is what ever catches my eye. I like working with the available light but can and do use strobes when needed. My key strength is diversity in work related fields such as welding, nursing, and horticulture. Shoot mostly with 35 mm and medium format cameras, using color slide and black, white film and when called for I use a digital camera". David lists his interests as backpacking, rock climbing, and sea kayaking. "I also garden and have a strong knowledge of plants and horticulture, with many classes taken at collage and state agricultural center. I also have a background in nursing and continue to practice nursing". "I have a Associate-Arts degree, studying mostly in photography. Served on the board of directors of the Redwood Art Association Exhibition committee of the Ink People Center for the Art's and Member Humbolt Art Council. Juried into numerous shows, and participated in exhibitions and competitions. Included in collections, of Collage of Redwoods, City of Eureka, and many private ones. Published in magazines and news paper's. Selling fine art prints through galleries in northern California".
