Carol Walker is a Wildlife Animals & People Photographer based in Longmont CO, USA. Carol specializes in images that capture the spirit of animals, and the unique relationship of people and animals. This is true of her wildlife, underwater, pet portrait and ranch images. Carol uses the Nikon 4000ED state of the art desktop scanner, and has extensive experience using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 to enhance the quality of her images. All images are scanned and edited and can be used and sent in digital format. When not traveling to photograph and enjoy nature, then Carol enjoys riding, competing and trail riding her horse in the beautiful outdoors here in Colorado. Being a visual person, she also love movies, and books. Her best friends have four legs - three Aussies and two Jack Russells let her live with them. Carol has been photographing animals and people since the age of 4. She has been studying principles of photography since college, and she studied photographing people with celebrity photographer Leigh Weiner in Los Angeles, studied underwater photography with Jim Church, Norbert Wu and Tom Campbell. She is certified in Advanced Photoshop for Photographers from the Rocky Mountain Digital Arts Center. Currently, Carol is expanding her equine, pet and people portraiture business in the Boulder, Colorado area. Carol joined GlobalEye back in June 2001 and currently has over 400 Wildlife Animals & People stock images listed in the Global Eye catalog.
