New Stock Photos of Caloundra Headland

<p>Caloundra Headland. A new collection of stock images from Ian Hallmond. The rocky wave-washed headlands jutting into the ocean are some of the most visually exiting features of the south east Queensland coastline.
Relentless wave action has cut into the sandstone cliffs creating a broad rock platform. Covering the much of the surface in the intertidal zone is the alga, (Enteromorpha prolifera). The green algae adds an interesting element to the images taken in the late afternoon light....
